Three Ways to Learn with Kinfold
A single workshop, a hands-on organising session, or an ongoing membership — choose what fits your family's current moment.
Back to HomeOur Approach to Every Session
All Kinfold sessions share a common structure: a warm welcome, a clear statement of what the session covers and what it does not, hands-on practice with printed materials, and a short debrief before participants leave.
We keep groups small — typically six to eight families or individuals — so facilitators can pay attention to the room. Nobody is called on without prior agreement, and every session closes with a recap of the tools introduced so participants leave knowing exactly what they have gained.
Scope Introduction
Every session opens with a plain explanation of what Kinfold provides and what falls outside our remit.
Skill or Task Introduction
The core tool or method for the session is introduced simply, with examples drawn from everyday household situations.
Hands-On Practice
Participants practise using the tool or work through their own documents, with the facilitator available to support.
Takeaway & Close
Participants leave with printed materials or an organised folder and a brief written summary of what was covered.
Family Conversation Workshop
A facilitated group session on respectful listening, shared decision-making, and calm ways to discuss everyday household matters. Participants practise real techniques they can apply at home the same week. This is general communication skill-building — not counselling or advice about any particular family's circumstances.
- Turn-taking and active listening techniques
- Conversation Turn Cards (printed, yours to keep)
- Shared decision frameworks for household topics
- Small group — up to 8 participants
- Duration: approx. 3 hours including break
Household Records Organising Session
A practical, half-day session where families bring the documents they already hold and work with a Kinfold facilitator to sort, label, and organise them into one tidy reference folder. The result is a completed, colour-coded folder you take home. An administrative and organising service only — we do not advise on legal content or status of any document.
- Pre-session document checklist sent after booking
- Kinfold Folder Method — colour-coded categories
- All materials (folders, labels, dividers) provided
- No documents copied or retained by Kinfold
- Duration: approx. 4–5 hours
Family Learning Membership
Ongoing monthly access to Kinfold workshops, a growing library of printable conversation guides, and a moderated peer community. Members attend sessions as often as they like, share general experiences with other Bangkok families, and use the guide library at any time. Everything remains educational and mutually supportive. Personal matters requiring professional guidance are always redirected appropriately.
- Unlimited monthly workshop access
- Full printable guides library
- Moderated peer community forum
- Month-to-month, no lock-in
- Priority booking for new sessions

Standards Shared by Every Offering
Privacy & Data — PDPA Aligned
Personal data collected during booking is used only to manage your session. Never shared with third parties for marketing. All data handling follows Thai PDPA requirements.
Feedback-Driven Quality
Participants complete a short feedback form after each session. Responses directly influence content revisions for the next cohort. We act on what we hear.
Honest Scope at All Times
Facilitators are trained to recognise when a participant's needs go beyond what Kinfold can appropriately support, and to make a clear, warm referral without delay.
Document Non-Retention
In the Records Organising Session, no participant document is ever photocopied, photographed, or held by Kinfold staff after the session ends. Your documents stay yours.
Small, Supportive Groups
A maximum of eight participants per session ensures each person receives attention and the room feels safe for open, general conversation.
Prompt Enquiry Responses
All booking enquiries receive a personal reply within one Thai working day. We answer questions honestly and will tell you clearly if a session is not the right fit for your situation.
